Gloria Lynne was an iconic American singer of the 60’s, known for her 
unique soul and jazz voice and recordings influenced by vocal jazz 
and rhythm & blues. His album Soul Serenade, released in 1965 by 
Fontana Records, is among the presses sought after by vinyl collectors 
soul and jazz. With titles arranged by Al Cohn and Hal Mooney, 
this edition highlights Lynne’s eclecticism 
between soul groove and orchestrated arrangements.
