Released in 1969, Together is a collaborative album by
Diana Ross & The Supremes with The Temptations, two of
Motown’s most successful vocal groups. Following their
popular television special and hit duet single
I’m Gonna Make You Love Me, the album blends soul, pop,
and Broadway standards into a polished late-1960s Motown
production.
Together remains an important release in Motown history,
marking one of the final projects featuring Diana Ross with
The Supremes while showcasing the label’s crossover
ambitions.
