Few musicians have shaped the sound of Jamaican ska like Don Drummond.
 Known as one of the founding members of The Skatalites, Drummond's 
expressive trombone playing helped define the golden era of Jamaican 
music during the early 1960s.
Among his lesser-known recordings is "Don D Special / Fidel", released on 
C And N Records. Although not as widely recognized as some of his Studio 
One classics, this single showcases Drummond's unmistakable trombone tone, 
rich arrangements, and melodic creativity.
