Few blues artists enjoyed a career as long and adventurous as Eddie .
 Having performed alongside blues pioneers including John Lee Hooker, 
Kirkland developed a distinctive guitar style blending Delta blues,
 Detroit blues, Chicago blues and modern electric blues.
Released on Tru-Sound Records as TRU 15010, It's The Blues Man! 
captures Kirkland's powerful vocals, expressive guitar playing and
 decades of musical experience. His performances combine raw emotion 
with driving rhythms, slow blues ballads and energetic shuffles 
that showcase why he remained one of the genre's most respected performers.
Unlike many contemporary blues albums, It's The Blues Man! emphasizes
authenticity over studio polish. Kirkland's passionate singing and fiery
