 notes:

Morris Nanton’s Something We’ve Got is a distinctive
1965 jazz album released by Prestige Records as PRST 7409.
The album showcases Nanton on piano with Norman Edge
on bass and Al Beldini on drums, creating an intimate
piano-trio sound with strong blues, gospel and soul-jazz influences.
The sessions were recorded at Van Gelder Studio in Englewood Cliffs,
New Jersey, during May and June 1965. The album is particularly
notable for Nanton’s expressive piano playing and his
treatment of standards alongside the title track.
